The authentication process caters to both job seekers and recruiters, ensuring a smooth experience for all. Recruiters can effortlessly join our platform by simply providing their full name, company details, email address, and a secure password.

Dashboard
The dashboard allows the recruiter to have an overview of the engagement going on in the system. Recruiters can see the number of applicants, total jobs created, and total jobs closed. There's an AI-powered algorithm that suggests candidates to reruiters to reduce time spent looking for a potential hire.

Job Posting
The job posting feature allows recruiters to publish jobs by entering specific job details in the provided input fields. They can also manage published jobs on the "Manage job" page where they can see the highlights of said jobs.

Applicant Screening
The introduction of an AI-powered screening feature allows recruiters to navigate hundreds to thousands of resumes and pick out the best applicant in a fraction of the time. Recruiters can also specify their filtering criteria and choose the number of top applicants in the pool.

Waitlist
Applicants who don't cut are added to the waitlist for future consideration. This further lends credence to the efforts in reducing time-to-hire in future recruitment exercises.

Inbox
The inbox allows for ease of access and removes the communication gap between recruiters and applicants. Once an applicant meets the hiring job description, a chat is initiated by the recruiters via inbox for further recruitment process.
